• Starter Kit: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll & dish soap provided to get you started. Once these items run out, guests would need to replenish them as needed.
• Guestbook: Includes house rules, appliance instructions, restaurant tips, supermarket locations & happy hour favorites.
• Clean & Ready: Professionally cleaned before arrival and after check-out.
• Meet & Greet: Available upon request to make your stay even more personal.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability (additional charges may apply).
• No Party Policy: Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited and may result in a $750 fine.
