The villa features three full bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite with jetted tub. All bathrooms come with warm water, towels, and a handy starter kit of toiletries.

For your safety, a security camera is installed facing the back door of the villa. This camera is in place as an additional security measure for the home.

This area is very nice and quiet, it is very close to the beach and the restaurants and night life of Palm Beach and the beaches like Fisherman’s Huts (the kite and windsurfing beach), Boca Catalina and Tres Trapi (the beaches where to see turtles). It has a paved road in front of the house and is next to the Saliña, which gives you a nice view of kites and palm trees through the sky with no high buildings in front of you.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area with not a lot of traffic, at the house there is plenty of parking space, you can park 3 cars on the parking space in front of the house.
